The Pool Initial Drawings involves our drafters translating what was discussed during negotiation phase into a visual representation on paper for the engineers to understand and implement. Before sending them to the engineers, we get the homeowners approval to ensure that their preferences and requirements are accurately represented. This helps maintain transparency and ensures that the final implementation aligns with the homeowner’s expectations.
In the pool engineering phase, engineers take the drafters’ plans and develop the official plans that will later be submitted to the building department respecting Florida Construction Code. They ensure that all necessary structural and safety considerations are in the plans. These detailed plans are then submitted to the building department as part of the permit application process.
During the pool permitting phase, the building department reviews the permit package, which includes all our documentation contractor license, insurance, business info, and plans. They carefully analyze the package to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. We do weekly follow ups with the building department trying to expedite the approval process and address any potential revisions immediately.
The pool excavation process involves the project manager marking the layouts and levels according to the plans, and then the digging team with our machines start the digging process based on those layouts. Our team makes sure that the job site is safe and clean after the process is done.
