Thank you guys! I highly recommend Connected Pools. They demolished my old pool and installed a beautiful and modern new pool and the experience was great. After meeting several contractors that did not have a clue how to work with my pool (on top of piles), I met Kyle, he explained every single detail about building code, structural requirements, and construction process. After signing the contract, Felippe worked hard to keep us posted about everything related to permits; and when we started construction, the field guys kept the show on! We have been shopping for a good pool company for a while now. While walking in our neighborhood we saw a Connected pools sign and decided to give them a call. Right away we decided that this company will be for us. They've said things to us no other pool company did. It was a no brainer. From first meeting to after the whole project was complete, they still reach out to check on how things are working. Everyone was supper professional and responsive. They worked with us on things that we needed help with. Once the workers came in to do a certain job they were done the same day. I was very impressed with that. We would absolutely recommend them.
