During the pool permitting phase, the building department reviews the permit package, which includes our documentation (contractor license, insurance, business info), and plans. They carefully analyze the package to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. We do weekly follow ups with the building department trying to expedite the approval process and address any potential revisions immediately.

The pool excavation process involves the project manager marking the layouts and levels according to the plans, and then the digging team with our machines start the digging process based on those layouts. Our team makes sure that the job site is safe and clean after the process is done.

Once the digging phase is complete, our highly skilled structural team jumps into action, setting up the pool wood frame that will bring your pool to life. It’s like building the skeleton of a majestic structure! And then, they place the steel rebars, creating a strong and secure foundation for your dream pool. During the pool gunite phase, a high-pressure application of gunite, which is a mixture of cement, sand, and water, is used to create the structural shell of the pool. This process follows building codes and engineering recommendations to ensure strength and durability.

During the pool plumbing phase, our crew carefully installs the plumbing system for the pool. We use high-quality products and ensure that the lines are tested before and after inspection to detect any leaks. Trenches are dug to lay the plumbing lines, and then backfilled once the installation is complete.

Once we have the pipes ready, we start pool equipment installation phase, our trained technician installs the pool equipment, paying close attention to every detail. Only certified equipment is used to ensure that the warranty is valid and that the pool functions properly. This ensures that the pool equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

The pool electrical hook-up phase is done by licensed electrician pulling all the necessary wires and connecting them to the pool equipment. The work is done following safety requirements and code, and it is inspected by city inspectors once completed.

After the Electrical Hook-up, the pool is ready for its final touch and water… Pool plaster is the final seal and coating for a concrete pool. It’s the last step in creating and finishing your pool. The plaster comes with different color and shades options from light blue to dark gray.

Our trained technicians will visit your pool weekly making sure your pool is in perfect condition after plaster. The main objective in a pool Start-Up is to get rid of the plaster dust, and to balance the pool as soon as possible. The first 30 days of plaster curing are the most critical.
